本机为锻压行业坯料装炉、出炉及运送料至砧座并可协助锻工做辅助工作的一种机械装置。

This machine is a mechanical device for the forging industry used for loading bilets into furaces,unloading, ransporting material to the anvl, and assistingforgers with auxiliary tasks.

该机装有获国家专利产品的“无绞轴夹头”，专利号:92211276.2。它具有体积小、夹持力大、耐热度高等特点，夹爪制成可更换式，可将任意形状的工件由地面或垛架上取走，投入炉内任意位置,高温下可将夹头伸入取出工件，加热炉的热效率得以提高。在接近压机时随时为其作各种辅助动作。

This machine is equiped with the nationaly patented "Non-Pivot Jaw Head", Patent No.. 92211276.2. it features smallsize, large clamping force, and higfheat resistance. The jaws are made replaceable.lt can pick workpieces of any shape from the qround or paets and place them into any position in the furnace. The jaw head can be extended into the furace to retrieve workpieces at high temperatures, improving the thermal eficiency of the heating furace

This machine requires skiled operators with the abiityto quickly retrieve material. in General,workpieces which are visible inside the furace should be retrievedwithin 14 seconds.
