ZWC型叉车改造式装取料机

本机以通常应用的叉式装卸车为基体，再加几个动作装入我公司最新研制的高强度夹头，从而使载荷量得以提高。适用于锻压行业锻机与加热炉之间，各种冷热坯料的输送及为锻压工友做各种在炙热状态下辅助工作的一种机械装置。因有足够的悬臂长度，在加热炉前取料时可迅速的摆动及伸出夹爪取出热料，这已在马鞍山、无锡、内蒙古、陕西等地得到实践成功.同类型的机械手经多年现场应用，证明结构设计及装取料性能，皆可满足大多数锻造厂家需要，并也已得到国家专利,专利号为:98222601.2。

This machine is based on a commonly used forklift truck, with several additional motions and installation of our company's newly developed high-strengtiiaw head, thereby increasing the load capacity. A mechanical device suitable or the foraing industry, used for transporting varous coid and hot bilets between the forging machine and heating furace, performing various auxiiary tasks for forging workers under a hot condition. Due to sulficient overhanglength,it can quickly swing and extend the jaws to retrieve hot material in front ofthe heating furace. This operation has been successfully proven in Ma'an;han, Wuxi,lhner Mongolia, Shaanxi, etc, Similar manipulators have been used on-site for years, proving that the structural design and loading/unloadinc performance meet the requirement of most forging plants. lt has also obtained a national patent, Patent No. 98222601.2

Close Die forging: Automated production of components like gears, connecing rods, crankshafts on close die forging presses, screw presses,forging hammers.

√自由锻:与操作机、压机配合，实现大型轴类、筒类锻件的自动化锻造。

Open-die forging: Cooperating with manipulators and presses to achieve automated forging of large shaft and cylinder forgings

√本机具有七个自由度:平升、仰俯、伸缩、翻钳、夹紧、摆动、行车。

This machine has seven movements: Level lifting, tilting, extension, jaw rotation, clamping, swinging, travelling.

√机器后端允许适量加重或拉长轴距增加负载。

The rear side of machine's allows for appropriate counterweighting or lengthening the wheelbase to increase load capacity.

√一次行车后，本机可夹取工件的范围近1.5平方米。

Each travelling, the machine can cover a workpiece picking area of nearly 1.5 square meters.

√采用实心耐油轮胎。

Adopts solid oil-resistant tires.

√负荷大于5000kg机器,可省略翻钳及伸缩两自由度。

For machines with load capacity greater than 5000kg, the jaw rotation and extension movements can be omitted.
